This policy explains what personal data Kaypi Stack collects through kaypistack.com, why, and what choices you have. Kaypi Stack is a brand of Publisher Online E.I.R.L., a company registered in Peru (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the data described here.

What we collect

We do not ask for payment data on this website and we do not sell personal data.
How we use AI
We use an AI service to transcribe your voice answers and summarize your brief. The AI provider processes the data only to deliver that service to us. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we review every summary before we act on it.
Legal basis (for visitors in the European Union and the UK)
- Steps before a contract: handling your estimate and brief, because you asked us to.
- Legitimate interest: keeping the site secure and understanding how it is used.
- Consent: non-essential cookies, if we ever use them. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share data with
Only service providers that help us run the site and reply to you, under contracts that protect your data:
- Website hosting and file storage: Cloudflare
- AI transcription and summaries: Cloudflare Workers AI
- Business messaging: WhatsApp Business (Meta) and Quo
- Email: Google Workspace or Gmail
We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
International transfers
We are based in Peru and our providers may store data in the United States or other countries. When data from the EU or UK leaves those regions, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Briefs, recordings and files from people who do not become clients: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Data from clients: for the length of the contract plus the period required by tax and accounting law.
- Usage data: up to 24 months, in aggregated form where possible.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent. Write to privacy@kaypistack.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete and correct your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Peru: we handle personal data in line with Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit what we collect to what we need.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, show a notice on the site.
